In Her Stride: Private Women's Self-Defense Class

Join us for a special women's event on September 27th with Runners Market Knoxville as we honor those who have been impacted by violence while running. 

What to expect: 

-No Drop Run

-Start at Runners Market , run .7 miles to Wah Lum Kung Fu of Knoxville

-Private women's self-defense class

-Run back to Runners Market. 

The event is at 2:00pm on Sunday Sept 27th.
